Ever wonder what that error number means when your computer crashes? MacErrors is a small application that shows you the result code and description for all of the Macintosh system errors. Just type in a valid error ID and press <return> or <enter>. The result code and description will be displayed to you. You can also increment and decrement the current error code using the arrow keys. If you have the Speech Manager installed you can have MacErrors speak the error description to you! After entering an error code, choose "Speak Error" from the Sound menu. You may also choose to have MacErrors speak error descriptions to you automatically whenever you enter in a new error, by selecting "Auto-Speak Errors" from the Sound menu.
