JPEGger

JPEGger is a utility for creating standalone JPEG pictures. Just drop a JPEG picture on JPEGger and the picture will become a standalone program that displays itself when started. A overhead of 16K is added to the picture, not even noticeable ;-).

This utility is great if you want to send someone a JPEG but you don't know if they have a means to view it.
